As a native New Yorker who visited the south every summer growing up, I learned to appreciate the ease of pace, the kind neighborly greetings, and the southern charm that South Carolina offers. I spent my adolescent and young adult years in Myrtle Beach where I attended and graduated from college. In Myrtle Beach, I worked as a government contractor for our U.S. Military families for 7 years before transferring to Charleston in 2013. Living here the past several years, I have grown to love the unique architectural design of our tricounty homes.
